Terms & Conditions: Cleaners & Cleaning

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Cleaners & Cleaning, Lough View, Carn, Callow, Foxford, Mayo. F26 AP21 Ireland (“Cleaners & Cleaning”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our online marketplace. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Cleaners & Cleaning acts solely as an online marketplace connecting Customers with independent Service Providers.

• No Employment: Service Providers are independent contractors. Cleaners & Cleaning does not employ, supervise, or control the work performed by Service Providers.
• Disclaimer: We are not a party to any agreements made between Customers and Service Providers. We assume no responsibility for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.

3. User Obligations

• Account Integrity: Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Accuracy: All information posted (including job descriptions and profile details) must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Conduct: Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of the marketplace.

4. Payments, Fees, & Refunds

• Platform Fees: Listing fees for featured, urgent, or annual listings are subject to non-refundable fees payable at the time of purchase.
• Service Payments: Payments for cleaning services are negotiated and exchanged directly between the Customer and the Service Provider. Cleaners & Cleaning is not responsible for any disputes, refunds, or payment issues related to the cleaning services themselves.

5. Verification & Safety

• Due Diligence: We provide tools to display credentials and insurance status for Service Providers; however, we do not perform independent background checks or guarantee the validity of any documents uploaded.
• User Responsibility: All Users are advised to perform their own due diligence, including verifying identity and insurance, before engaging in any service agreement.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Platform Policy: Cleaners & Cleaning has no obligation to mediate disputes between Customers and Service Providers.
• Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaners & Cleaning is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the platform or the conduct of any User.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cleaners & Cleaning be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, property damage, or personal injury resulting from interactions initiated through our platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal behavior.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
